Help for Tinnitus

As a person who has dealt with tinnitus personally, Dr. Beth has chosen this debilitating condition as her specialty and works diligently to provide education and support to others who suffer from tinnitus. Our tinnitus patients begin with a complete assessment to determine the most appropriate method of treatment which ranges from simple homemade devices for modulating the effects of tinnitus to the Neuromonics Tinnitus Treatment, a customized medical device that matches a patient’s hearing and tinnitus profile and treats the cause of tinnitus versus the symptom of tinnitus.

In addition, for those patients who have hearing loss in addition to their tinnitus, hearing instruments are available that can effectively manage both issues. Dr. Beth also founded a support group for those who deal with tinnitus. Being able to share experiences and ideas help with management so Dr. Beth facilitates this group the third Thursday of each month to provide a forum for these meaningful exchanges.

For more information, please contact our office or fill out the form online and be sure to mention tinnitus.
